Informational purpose
Sonoran Pest Co publishes general information about pests in the Tucson metro and how they are usually handled. It is written to be accurate and local, but it is not advice about your specific home; only an inspection by a licensed provider can tell you what is in your walls. By using the site or placing a call through it, you accept these terms.
Referral service, not a provider
Sonoran Pest Co is an independent referral service. We have no technicians, apply no treatments and sell no products. When you call, you are routed by ZIP code to a licensed local provider, and any agreement for inspection or treatment is between you and that provider alone. Sonoran Pest Co is not a party to it and sets none of its terms. Photos on this site are illustrative; the people in them are models, not providers in the network.
No warranty of provider work
Sonoran Pest Co does not guarantee the quality, timing, pricing or outcome of any provider's work, or that one will be available when you call. The website and the referral are provided as they are. To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, Sonoran Pest Co is not liable for losses arising from a provider's work or failure to perform, or from reliance on information published here. If a job goes wrong, your remedies are with the provider, the provider's insurer and the state agency that licenses them.
Verify licenses and insurance yourself
Check the license before work starts. Every business and applicator performing structural pest control in Arizona must be licensed by the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division, which runs a public license search. Providers in this network are expected to be licensed, and you are still the one who confirms it. Ask for the business license number, the applicator's certification and proof of liability insurance. It takes two minutes.
Pricing ranges are not quotes
Any dollar figure on this site is a typical market range observed across the Tucson metro, published to help you judge an estimate. It is not an offer, a quote or a price cap. The provider you are connected with sets the actual price after seeing the property, and only a written estimate from that provider binds anyone.
Emergencies
This site and phone line are not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, such as trouble breathing after a sting, a bee attack with many stings or a severe reaction in a child, call 911. For a poisoning or venom question, such as a scorpion sting, a suspected black widow bite or a swallowed pesticide, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. In Pima County that number reaches the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center in Tucson, staffed around the clock.
Arizona law and changes to these terms
Arizona law governs these terms, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts located in Arizona. Text and images here belong to Sonoran Pest Co or are used with permission; link or quote short passages with credit, but do not copy pages wholesale.
We may update these terms when the site or the service changes. The effective date below moves when that happens; continued use afterward means you accept the new version. Questions about these terms go through the main phone line; say you are asking about the website. See also the privacy policy and the about page.
Effective date: August 2026.
