You are connected, by ZIP code, with an independent licensed provider. The sequence, so nothing surprises you:
- You call, give your ZIP code and describe the problem: scorpions in the garage, mud tubes on the stem wall, a nest in the engine bay.
- The call is routed to a licensed provider whose coverage includes your address. You speak with that business directly.
- The provider talks through timing, what an inspection involves and their pricing. They set the price, not us.
- You decide. Nothing is scheduled until you say so.
A phone photo of the pest helps. It settles a lot of "is this a kissing bug or just a beetle" debates before anyone drives out.
Hours and availability
Calls are routed to independent providers, so hours depend on who covers your area. Many Tucson-area providers answer well past office hours in monsoon season, when termite swarms and scorpion calls pile up, but that is their choice and it varies.
