What information is collected
Sonoran Pest Co collects almost nothing from you directly. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter and no comments, so there is nothing to type and nothing stored about you by name. Two kinds of data do exist:
- Server logs. Like every website, the server hosting these pages records basic technical details of each visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. The hosting company keeps these logs for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to identify anyone.
- Call routing data. When you tap a call button, your phone places an ordinary call. The call routing partner that forwards it to a provider receives your phone number, the time and length of the call and the number it was routed to, and it may record the call. The provider you are connected with receives your number and whatever you tell them.
That is the complete list.
Who else sees information
Four outside parties touch data in the course of a normal visit or call:
- The web hosting company, which keeps the server logs described above
- The call routing partner, which connects your call to a provider and holds the call records
- The licensed provider you are connected with, who receives your phone number so the call can go through and be returned if it drops
- Google Fonts, which serves the typeface and sees the request your browser makes for it
Your number is shared so the call works, and for no other reason. Sonoran Pest Co does not sell caller information and keeps no database of visitors.
Your choices
If you would rather not share your phone number, do not place the call: that is the only point where a number changes hands. Calling from a blocked number is possible, though the provider cannot ring you back if the line drops. Server logs cannot be tied to a person by Sonoran Pest Co, and a single visit cannot be removed from them. The site is meant for adults arranging work on a home and does not knowingly collect anything from children.

Questions about this policy go through the main phone line shown on every page: call it and say you are asking about the website's privacy policy. There is no email address or form, for the reasons explained on the contact page.
This policy will change when the site changes, for example if a new outside service is added. The effective date below moves when that happens, and the version published here is always the current one. For the rules that govern use of the site, see the terms of use.
